TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Guarantee Applies When:

  • Client spends at least $3,000/month on advertising or other promotional activity

  • SME Growth manages all paid channels

  • Client agrees to all SME Growth recommended creative and media channel selection

  • Tracking & analytics are correctly implemented

  • Client implements recommended website/funnel changes

  • Client provides accurate baseline sales data

Guarantee Is Measured Against:

  • 90-day rolling average (Seasonally adjusted)

  • Sales value (not leads)

  • Must compare apples to apples (same service/product)

Guarantee Does Not Apply If:

  • Client refuses recommended changes

  • Client pauses campaigns

  • Tracking is turned off or altered

  • Client materially changes product/pricing during the period

Refund Covers:

  • 100% of SME Growth’s service fees.
    (Does not include ad spend or other third-party fees)
